Timelines

Real timelines are defined during the Diagnostic, after we’ve seen your systems and scoped the work. Most engagements land somewhere in the 1 to 6+ month range depending on complexity, integration surface, and stakeholder count.

Anyone quoting a firm timeline before discovery is either guessing or padding. We’d rather scope it honestly than promise a date we’d have to walk back.
